I ordered a package from a restaurant. The status showed that the package has been delivered. I paid using Apple Pay. I contacted customer service. Customer service was completely unhelpful and I did not receive my package. It probably was sent to someone else or it was never delivered.

My order was missing 2 expensive items, for almost 3 days they don't know where are the missing items and they don't suggest even to refund the money, then after loose alot if time on chat, they told me that they will make a refund after 7 to 10 days! So the experience that expensive items were lost and I need to loose so much time with no clear answer, as if they suspect that thier customers got the order and lie to them !!!! A situation that made any respectable person to think a million time before buy fron them, they put you in a suspicious situation and they don't respect your time or money

Breadfast chef on demand is a total scam! I have been using them for about a year… there was one good chef out of the four I tried… the others were pure disasters, one said he could do Turkish food… that was not true… another broke all my food processor attachments, all of which had to be replaced from abroad… so after that I was clear with them that I will only work with this one chef. So what do they do, they try to substitute her… this is the third time and they do it without calling, they just assign you someone and then you have to write emails and you chat with them it takes days to resolve a problem they caused! This is a very expensive headache that I recommend you do without! I would not give them even one star!

Apparently their delivery service comes straight out of jail. Never met such a rude rude aweful delivery man just because he took the stairs??? With a 10 pounds tip too not so bad for a tip plus the delivery fee u already have added. Their customer service are all talk reading from a script 0 empathy. They refunded half of what i paid to the app wallet and I thought I give it another shot, tried to use that balance and it disappeared without a trace almost 200 pounds so Apparently they also have 0 integrity, when I checked with their support about this they were also rude and cold and didnt care just said someone will contact you as if you didnt waste enough of my time Aweful application and aweful overall service
