I bought the wrong product, because it has all the same name I think they should change and not confuse customers, if it is a specific shampoo and do not give the same name for the progressive straightening

Hello good afternoon! How are you? We located your order and verified that you purchased the maintenance shampoo from Sweet, this is not the progressive shampoo, but the post-progressive maintenance shampoo. We are sorry, how do you want to proceed? Any questions do not hesitate to contact me. Regards, Suelem S.

Service is top notch and the lotion is the most moisturizing, non-greasy, scent lasting lotion I’ve tried.
