Hello Shai! How are you? You sent a message on WhatsApp on October 3rd and we replied to you on October 4th. We got back to you in less than 24 hours. We informed you that the product was out of stock at the factory and that we had no prediction of when the product would arrive, so we asked you if you would like to exchange the product for another one that we have on our website and you requested the cancellation of the order. After your response we refunded you the amount paid, also in less than 24 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope to have another opportunity to better attend you.
