I never received a confirmation about my order. They deducted the money from my account and 10 days later I have not received my tiles. No status on the shipment. I've sent several emails to the contact email, but no response from them. Do not order from this site.

It's been almost two weeks and it hasn't shipped yet. And no updates along the way.

Poor quality and actual color very different from website .

Been waiting almost 3 weeks for my order to arrive.

Poor quality, color not accurate and difficult to return

I can change the review, if the issue is corrected. I was sent the wrong set of tiles and I have yet to be told what is going to happen to correct the situation. Some resolution would be appreciated.
