Charlotte the best fact is she's the best you have or Bravo has. She has kept her word to me and I have never felt like she has alternative motives. I'm very comfortable with her and talking to her. She knows what is going on with me in my life and she always seems to remember the conversations and the things I say to her or tell her and that is remarkable considering we don't talk as much as we did but we still stay in touch. That's personal and truly means a lot to me. She might keep good notes and this could be her way of remembering things and knowing how to do the well is a great attribute knowing what to keep and how to work it in to our conversations for me is a great thing considering how many people she deals with. I Thank the world of her and I am very happy she's with me.
