Movers physically fought each other to the point police arrived
This moving company had their employees (3 individuals) physically fighting each other, threatening one another, chasing one another with garden shears, cussing extremely loudly and using derogatory racially charged language at one another in the presence of children in a guard gated community while they were supposed to be moving furniture onto a truck. An absolute disgrace and I question whether they even perform a background check on the individuals they hire. Your items will not be taken care of as the ones they were moving were dropped, thrown and pushed around violently in boxes as they verbally accosted one another. The police had to be called and 5 cops showed up, none of the individuals would show I.D. (Which says a lot) and were asked to leave the location. I have audio/video footage of it all as do my neighbors so if you want to ensure you’re embarrassed, use this company. Also using an alternate account to post for fear of retaliation so if they respond saying there’s no record of me using their company, you know why. Feel free to reach out for the recording of your embarassing and disgusting employees Bravo Moving!

Either destroyed, damaged, or missing all together
On April 24 Bravo moving came to my apartment in Las Vegas and picked up my furniture. They brought my furniture to Las Angeles and then transferred to another larger semi- On May 6 one driver arrived at my new apartment in Rapid City, SD- Several items that was delivered were either damaged, destroyed or missing all together. I would never recommend Bravo to anyone.

These people are fraudsters
These people are fraudsters. They have scammed me of more than $1000. They still owe me $1000. They took a lot of my belongings and also took moving charges and delivery charges from me in advance. They have been committing fraud with me for a long time.
I will report them to the authorities, and I want the authorities to properly investigate and focus on checking their activities. I want strict action to be taken against them because they cheated me and caused me a huge financial loss.

Delayed Move, Unexpected Charges, and No Resolution
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I only wish I had read the many similar reviews before signing.
From the beginning, the process felt misleading. The salesperson, Raphael Eduardo, walked me through a detailed inventory of my apartment and quoted me a price that fit my budget... but only after pressuring me to sign immediately and pay a 50% deposit.
On moving day, everything unraveled.
The crew arrived late, despite confirming an 8a arrival to meet strict HOA moving time restrictions, for which they signed a contract with the HOA stating they understood. After beginning the move, they abruptly stopped and informed me that my contract only covered "1/5 of the truck"... something that was never clearly explained during booking and made little sense given I was the only client scheduled that day. At that point, with my belongings already loaded, I was told I would need to pay an additional $700 to continue.
Because of these delays, we left hours late and arrived after the permitted move-in window. I was then required to pay $350 in HOA overtime fees. The unloading process took approximately four hours, pushing the move past 9:30p.
The issues didn't stop there. The movers claimed my couch would not fit into the unit and left it in the garage. The next day, I hired someone else who was able to move it in alone without issue, costing me an additional $300.
Despite all of this, I still tipped the crew $300.
I was told by Dina that the company would address the overtime charges. However, after five follow-up calls and multiple assurances that a manager (Brian) would contact me, I received no response.
After escalating the issue via email to multiple contacts, I finally received a reply from the founder, Ali. After weeks of back-and-forth, including a very difficult phone call, no resolution was reached. I requested reimbursement for the $650 in third-party costs caused directly by their delays and handling (HOA overtime for which they signed a contract with the HOA stating they understood, and the additional mover for my couch). I did not request reimbursement for the additional $700 charged during the move. Communication has since stopped entirely, and I was ultimately told to pursue legal action.
What was initially quoted as a $2,500 move ended up costing me over $4,000 due to delays, additional charges, and lack of follow-through.
This was not just poor service... it was disorganized, misleading, and ultimately very costly.
I would not recommend this company.

Awful scamming company.
Awful scamming company.
Total costs ended up 30% over estimate even though we did a virtual walkthrough and the provided item list was accurate.
They rescheduled the day and time on both ends.
Items arrived broken or went "missing".
They claim that every mover is a bravo employee but its clear these are all subcontractors.
I am still waiting 6+ months for the insurance case to move forward.
Overall I highly recommend to steer clear of long distance movers and instead hire local movers on each end to load/unload a uhaul.

Only Boos for Bravo
1) Wildly inaccurate estimate even with photos of items to be moved
2) Poor packing and disassembly by underequipped crew.
3) Third party damage claim is a nightmare
4) Slow/unresponsive customer service
