The team at Bravado are attentive, kind and helped me out when I had a small problem with my initial order. Their products are my absolute favourite, I will only order bras from them- the most comfortable undies I own. Many thanks to Gabby & Karriza for getting my new bras to me and being such angels in the process. Do not hesitate to buy from this company!

DO NOT ORDER from these guys… I am disgusted to find out that I cannot return my maternity bra to exchange for another size as from the 29th July they stopped all returns. This is not obvious when placing an order. For a business selling to pregnant women who find it difficult to estimate sizes (and already have a lot on their mind), this is lacks business integrity or consideration to their customer base. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I ordered pants and a bra. After confirming my order, I was then informed that the bra was no longer available. I asked to cancel my order but was told it had already shipped. Given that the pants (on sale) cost less than the shipping cost, I asked for a refund as I would never have paid more to ship an item than the item itself and did not want the pants without the matching bra. This was then denied, despite it being poor service on their part to start to ship an order which is incomplete.

They cancelled half my order and won’t let me return the rest (even though they were a bra / knicker set!) and haven’t explained

The products are alright, expect sizing chart is a bit off. Not a massive fan of the strap length adjustment slider placement as it sits on the front of the strap, as opposed to the back like most bras, and can hurt when moving about. However, my biggest complaint is that customer service is rubbish. I returned two bras in the same parcel, but only received the refund for one. When I emailed to ask why, there has been no response.

Here’s the email I send them months ago which they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to. It explains my experience with a company that has clearly gone downhill. “I just wanted to say how disappointed I am with my most recent purchase. I have had a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery and the only bra that has been comfortable for me since my surgery was your muse bra. I had two and no other bras as all others were too uncomfortable. As you can see from the below order, I ordered two more and couldn’t wait to wear them. I wore the first when received and it wasn’t comfortable and bulged out at the middle front (the cleavage). I thought I may be imagining this, so I tried wearing the other one for a day and it was also uncomfortable and bulged. I decided to hold the new bras up to my old ones and I can see clearly that they are totally different bras but with the same codes on the labels. I’m sure I can’t send them back because they were worn for a day, but I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am. They are so obviously different that the old ones even have three fastening catches and the new ones have four. Unfortunately, I will have to give them to a charity shop. Just wanted to say that I won’t be buying from Bravado again unfortunately.”

I had such high hopes...but i have been sent a bra which is suppose to be in my size...i had been professionally measured 3 days before ordering...so my size is correct. But these bras are soooo small. To the point id call them faulty...and now im told not only do i have to print out a label (what is this 2010?!) but also PAY to return an item they will sell again?! Nah...dont waste your money.
