I am a regular customer and do most of my shopping at BrandsMart; it is my one-stop shop for all my needs. They are always there to help you. Today, I had the best experience that I could say started off really bad and turned out great!I was looking to buy a sofa couch, and I ended up losing my phone in one of the couches. I spent 20 minutes looking for it while some employees asked if I could be helped. One lady (I didn't get her name) was very helpful. But it wasn't until Gabriel saw me desperately searching for my phone that he began to help me. He called my phone and searched every couch with me. I honestly think we were looking for it for over an hour and nothing! He got security involved, and we ended up finding the phone.Why I am writing this review is that employees at BrandsMart were all looking to help me, but Gabriel didn't give up on me at all. He truly cared. Thank you, BrandsMart, for having hired an employee like that." ❤️
