Awful! Beware! On 6/30/24 I stopped into Brandsmart-Kennesaw GA for washer & dryers. Appliance rep. (A) was helpful, & friendly. I found a set $1900. & purchased them that evening with the understanding that the set would be delivered 7/10/24. On 7/9/24 at 9:25pm/5 min. before closing of the store the evening prior to my delivery date I get a call from 'Terry',/store manager-(what a joke), whom states that they only have a washer for me & the dryer on back order. I first asked Mr. Terry why would I be called 5 minutes before the store to be closed the day before delivery. Mr. Terry was very aloof & dismissive & came across as I just need to know type of attitude. I told him that I needed more time to decide. Next morning a female called asking if I wanted the washer to be on the truck for days delivery. I replied no, I later called the store at 10am upon them opening to speak with the salesperson Mr. (A) to refund my Amex card. I called but Mr. (A) was not there, I called a second time & had to ask the rep. whom answered if he could help me with refunding my card. He began to speak with someone in the background & gave me the name Terry. The person in the background said "don't give my name out". He transferred me to customer service where I spoke with a female rep. who was helpful, however, after a few minutes Mr. Terry barged back on the call & informed me that he could not refund my amex card until making sure that the washer that was on the truck is returned & that would not happen until after 7pm. I called back at 7:30pm & unfortunately got ahold of another not so helpful rep. and was told that Mr. Terry was not currently at the store. After hanging up I called back to see if I could get someone else in customer service, which I did, she listened to me, called the warehouse to check to see if the washer was returned & got a hold of Kesha/manager currently at the store who was able to refund my card while providing a gracious apology on behalf of the store. My suggestion would be to NOT hire individuals that have no sense of professionalism or respect for their behavior when they are supposed to be representing the store. Also, improve on communication to your customers. No customers=no store!

Customer service is horrible , call corporate offices they are worse . Micheal Pearlmen seems to have left as CEO , ask who has replaced him and they have. now answer or won't tell you who is in charge now . Order a product. online they give you a ship date then you don't receive the. product , call them and they tell you product is on back order , call a store and ask if they have it. in stock and. told yes we have 2 in stock !!! , Sure they'll give you a UPS tracking # for your order , but all UPS will state is Label created . Total B.S. on the Part of BrandsMart , Seems like a scam just to tie up your funds !!!!

I would give them a zero rating if I could. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 from their website and paid expedited shipping. A week later, I still had not received a call for my delivery. When I called in, the phone was out of stock, and on backorder. This was my third call to them. I had called in twice before and also spoke with someone via chat, and was never told that the phone was out of stock until the day it was supposed to be delivered. This company sucks!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. THEY HAVE SEVERAL PHONE NUMBERS TO EACH LOCATION BUT THEY ALL GET ROUTED TO A CALL CENTER AND THEN HAVE TO BE TRANSFERED TO THAT STORE. RIDICULOUS SYSTEM THAT TAKES AT LEAST 15 MINS TO ANSWER. YOU EITHER GET DISCONNECTED OR THEN YOU GET THESE NO PERSONALITY NO BRAINS SALESPEOPLE. MERCHANDISE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN STORE FOR PICKUP BY TUESDAY BUT HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE WAREHOUSE. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING..

I bought a refrigerator they everything was ok the delivery was in 3 days waited on the delivery and they didn't show up i called and they said that the refrigerator wasn't in stock when they had told me it was they had to give me another refrigerator now I bought a washer and dryer and the delivery was for today guess what they didn't show up for this delivery either because they are saying that the washer and dryer is not in stock either it's false advertising they selling things that they don't have in stock

I ordered a 75 " tv over the phone for $1550.00 including tax on 1/19/24 and was told I would have delivery in 5-7 days . I was never sent an order number or tracking number but they made sure to charge my credit card on that day . I called 13 times and each time I had to wait between 32 and 57 minutes to talk to someone about my order. Several times during calls , they pick up phone and hang up and you have to start all over again. When I finally speak to somebody, they say they will have your salesperson call you . But he never calls . People that answer the phone have told me , they have emailed my salesman to call me , but still no calls. I call and wait for 43 minutes for someone to talk to and ask to speak to a manager , they tell me no managers are available at this time and they will have one call me. I am still waiting for that call. I then sent emails to customer service , detailing my issues. They send a computer generated response each time and it says the same thing. We are sorry for your inconvenience and your salesperson will call you shortly . Still waiting after 6 emails. On Feb 2,2024, I called Brandsmart and waited 12 minutes and got disconnected again , called back and after 33 minutes additional time waiting , I cancelled the order and requested my charge be credited. I was assured the order was cancelled and my card would be credited . Ten days later (2/12/24) I get my credit card bill and the charge has not been credited. I call Brandsmart and wait 45 minutes to speak with someone. I speak with a customer service team member and advised that refunds take 3-5 business days to credit to your account. I advised her , it had been 10 days . Her response, oh, I'll have to have a manager call you . I laughed and she asks why are you laughing . I tell her I have been waiting for a manager to call me for over 3 weeks. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BRANDSMART . RUN RUN RUN FROM THEM AND DON'T LOOK BACK. They don't know what customer service is . I hear there response for warranty repair claims is WORST.

I bought 4 cameras from the Doraville Georgia store. I found them on the Lorex camera website cheaper than I paid at this store. So I called them today and was transferred to every department the store has I believe. Needless to say after 1.5 hours of wasted time on the phone i was told to come into the store. So I drove the 1.5 hours to the store to show them on the Lorex website that they were cheaper on there than what I paid at brandsmart, because they will price match. It was an approximate $130 difference, so yes I wanted to be reimbursed. I showed them that they were cheaper on the website and they said since I bought 2 separate cameras from brandsmart, because that's how they sell them, now mind you they are the same cameras, that they could not reimburse me any money because the 2 pack the website sells is considerably less to buy than they could sell them for and wouldn't honor their price. I was like what the heck??? I went off, especially after they said I could have called to settle this over the phone before I came to the store. This had me furious!!! Then to tell me they couldn't do a refund!!! What ever happen to the customer is always right?? Thos store manager was rude and unprofessional and clearly was looking to get out of offer me a refund after there refund policy says .....find it cheaper and we will refund.....NO HASSLES!!!! Well that's Bullcrap!!! Long story short, the cameras will be taken back to this crappy, poor run, discustomer service store, my brandsmart card cut up and no longer used and a customer of nearly 20 years lost. Not that they would care but please beware of there lying policies and price comparisons.

I purchased an undercounter icemaker here, and it is a lemon! It makes ice, but the ice melts immediately. I called the manufacturer who told me it was a defect, and that Brandsmart should give me a new unit or my money back, as it was only 2 mi the old, and had just been Installed. Brandsmart insisted they pick it up and try to repair it. First time theytried to pick it up when I wasn't home, since they never scheduled it. They took it for a week and returned it with nothing done to it. So I had it installed, Uninstaller and reinstalled! I called Brandamart and told them again what the manufacturer said. Again they said they needed to pick it up and try to repair it. They called me a couple days later and said nothing was wrong with it "it makes ice...it's not a freezer". An expensive icemaker should maintain the icecubes..not have to immediately be emptied. A countertop unit would work significantly better. They want to return a broken unit to me again. It is extremely noisy and doesn't keep icecubes. Do NOT purchase from Brandsmart!! They don't stand behind their one year warranty. I asked to speak with a mgr and was told they would call me, but so far they still have my broken unit, and nobody has called!
