I want to alert others in regards to this company extended warrantee they sell. BE CAREFUL! they don't have the technician's qualified to help or fix the machine they sell! After just one year our combo washer/dryer machine broke down and we went though hell with BrandsMart's customer service. 6 weeks after waiting for appointments and going back and forth with them, we have to paid out of our own pockets to fix the machine! Horrible customer service at all levels, i contacted the manager via email and never received an reply, technicians doesn't know how to fix the machines, they don't have enough technicians, etc...In other words do not buy from this people you will lose your money!

Don’t waste your time and don’t buy online with brandsmart. I’ve placed an order for an iPad for Christmas gift over a week before Christmas. No shipping confirmation for over a week. Contact them though their online chat and all of their representatives have no customer service skills, horrible communication, no apologize, not offering any solutions… their answer was that they are on back order and I have to wait at least two more weeks. Really? How I was supposed to know about that? No notes when placing the order, no emails letting you know that there is a delay… horrible service. Won’t ever use them again.

Getting appliances from Brandsmart is fine, but furniture has been a living nightmare. I ordered appliances and furniture in store on July 31st. I received the appliances before the estimated ready date, which was about two weeks later. The furniture (queen bedroom set) has yet to be successfully delivered. I had to call countless times. The corporate office gave me the runaround and was completely disjointed from the store level. I ended up speaking to someone on the store level over the phone, which did not add much help. I eventually went back to the store in person, and that is when the ball began to roll. The set was supposed to be delivered the Thursday before Christmas, but when I called the on day that it was supposed delivered to find out why I had not received notification, I was told that it appeared that my order had been canceled as if it was already completed. Needless to say that was untrue. So I ended up getting it rescheduled for delivery again for the day after Christmas. I received a call on the day it was supposed to be delivered informing me that now it has been pushed back to the next day. The day next arrived, then I received a call informing me that the mirror was missing, which was the initial problem. I agreed to have everything they had on hand delivered. I was so frustrated that I did not think to ask if they could pick up the mirror from the location it was at before heading to my home, so I ended up calling back immediately to ask just that. I was waiting on the line for over 15 minutes and asked my mother to call from her number because perhaps they recognized my number and was avoiding answering, but she also waited on the phone for almost 30 minutes before the call disconnected. The delivery and installation personnel arrived, but soon discovered that the footboard was damaged and a foot on the dresser was missing. I asked for compensation for this disastrous experience from two furniture managers and never received a callback. NIGHTMARE!!!

I ordered three laptops online for my business, but the order was canceled without explanation. When I called customer service, they said my phone number and card had to go through a verification system, and then told me I would need to visit a store to complete the purchase. I mentioned that Walmart doesn't have these issues, but the representative made no effort to resolve the situation or save the sale. I won't be doing business with them again.

Solo 1 estrella porque sino ni escribir la reseña puedo Terrible su Costumer Service Odioso todo la verdad que un dolor de cabeza Ojalá y hubiese revisado antes las opiniones

Purchased a refrigerator on June 23, 2024. It is now July 15, 2024 and still I have not received the product. My salesperson Gwen has been helpful contacting the vendor but they just keep giving bogus dates of arrival to the distribution center. I am aware that BrandsMart has been acquired by another company which leads me to believe that if things like this is going on, their doors won’t be open much longer. How can they be allowed to sale items that they don’t have? Also, their systems look like something out of the 1990’s. I would like to know what their rating is with the BBB.
