I ordered a set of washer and dryer from BrandsMart USA, Dania, Fl, and delivery was set up for 12 days later. On the day prior to delivery I received a call with confirmation of the delivery. 4 hours later, I received a text from the sales rep saying rep saying that my washer is out of stock. I spend over 4 hours in BrandsMart store in Dania on the following day, taking to store assistant manager George, store manager Patrick and appliance department manager Robert. No one could tell me how it possible that purchased by me two weeks ago washer was sold out. I was told that I will receive the call on following Wednesday, informing what washer and dryer are in stock, who will be delivering ( distribution center center of the model machines from the store) and when. As you can guessed, no one called, texted or sent me an email with updates. Multiple calls later, just to be passed from one person to another asking to hold, I received no help. Avoid buying from BrandsMart USA since they do not know how to have a professional business, provide quality services. Brandsmart USA could only sell you a headache for your money!

How this store is in business. I’ll never know. My “ salesman “ so called … had no clue what he was talking about. Did not follow and meet my demands. Then they couldn’t find the television remote for the one I was interested in salesman says. You have 15 days if you don’t like. I can bring it back. Seriously ? I want to see what I’m buying. Adding wood to the fire. The manager was getting in front of the customers about the remotes. Soooo unprofessional. I left. What a waste of time. Never again.

I purchased a sofa online from BrandsMart that was listed as available. After completing the purchase, I was later informed that one of the pieces had already been discontinued. Now, two months later, they canceled part of my order. The worst part is that I had already gotten rid of my old sofa based on this purchase. Now I’m left with neither the old sofa nor the new one. This situation could have been avoided with accurate inventory information and better communication. Very disappointing experience.

Absolute chaos. Feels like a bargain-bin warehouse full of unknown brands. Sales staff swarm you the second you walk in, all pushy energy. Nothing feels trustworthy or organized. Hard pass—I won’t be coming back.

Compré una nevera un Sábado. Delivery set up para el siguiente Martes. Paso Martes. Miércoles. Jueves. Nos dijeron q el Viernes entre 3 y 6pm. Mandaron texto a las 5 que en media hora llegaban. 6.15 pm nada. Llamamos a servicio al cliente, la persona q contesta nos dicen no esperen el delivery porque la nevera está en Backorder. Uno llama a la tienda y le dicen. Pero si tenemos 3 en stock. No compren en Brandsmart. Q mal servicio que prestan. Para vender ahí están. Pero para asistirlo a uno. No existe nadie

I had a very disappointing experience with this company due to poor communication, scheduling failures, and lack of proper documentation. I scheduled a repair well in advance and clearly communicated that Fridays were the only available days due to tenant availability. The company confirmed a Friday appointment, and I have emails and text messages showing the job was scheduled for the 19th. I also submitted payment in advance for the final job based on this confirmation. The day before the appointment, the technician called and mentioned the job required two people, which had never been communicated to me. On the scheduled day, I was then told they could not come because a second technician was never assigned. I was also incorrectly told by the company that the job had been scheduled for a different date, which contradicted their own written confirmations. In addition, despite being charged, I have still not received a written diagnostic, receipt, or invoice outlining the services or charges. This lack of documentation, combined with the scheduling issues, has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a result, my tenant took time off work unnecessarily, and the repair has now been delayed weeks due to the company’s internal staffing issues. This situation could have been avoided with proper communication and organization. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Ordered a television for a Christmas gift on December 1. The following day, it said that it shipped and provided a FedEx tracking number. Two weeks later, there was no shipping update from FedEx and all it said on the FedEx website was that a shipping label was created, but it has not been picked up. After at least 10 phone calls to their customer service, they still had no answer in terms of whether they had the item still or if it was already shipped and in FedEx possession. Despite my consistent claims that FedEx never picked up the package, Brandsmart constantly blamed FedEx for the delay. I was constantly told that I would get a callback from a supervisor or get an email in terms of the progress but I never did get a phone call or email. On December 18 I called again to find out if there was an update. The customer service lady read back to me the last notes, which stated, please provide this customer with an update or he will keep calling. The customer service representative then walked over to her supervisor, which was never done before. After being placed on hold for about 3 to 4 minutes, she came back and stated that they were just gonna refund the order. When I asked why wouldn’t they just send the item, she said she didn’t know and she didn’t ask him that. She would not go back to the supervisor to ask if they would ship the item and stated that they would just refund my money. My guess is they were tired of my calls asking about the order and just wanted to give me back the money that I paid and have me stop calling. The only thing that was on time from Brandsmart was how quickly they charged my credit card for the purchase. I ordered a TV from Amazon and I’m getting the item within three days. I let the customer service representative know that and told her that they don’t have to worry about any calls from me nor any future purchases. Poor customer service and no follow-through. They do, however, blast you with emails every day.

When I say BrandsMart customer service is despicable. BrandsMart has to do better. I’ll do without before I buy anything from them ever again. On line ordering and delivery, is even worse..
