The company Acceptance Now inside of Brandsmart is the company was the absolute worst worst company I have ever done business with. Please save your money and don’t ever do business with this company. It will take your money and harass you. I made 6 payments on a computer the only cost 459.00 Every month after I made a payment They continue to tell me my pay off is 285 for three months straight never change. This company need to be out of business. And please don’t be 1 day late, you will get about 50 phone calls and that one day. Absolutely worst company ever.

Brandsmart really needs to get their stuff together! I ordered a new fridge on their website on the 12th. I never got an email confirmation so I called them and they said it was all set and would be delivered on the 19th, which is the day we choose. 10 o’clock this morning I get a voicemail telling me it would be delivered tomorrow between 7-10. Then at 4:30 I get a voicemail saying they are sorry but they don’t have the fridge and that because it’s discontinued I’m out of luck. They then tried to sell me on one that’s not as nice and a different finish. Best part is the website still states they have the one I bought for sale. It’s not that hard to manage inventory better than this!

Bought a new refrigerator at brands mart in deerfield two weeks ago - first delivery the Refrigerator was dented- now second delivery yesterday morning the delivery guy dropped the right handle to the Refrigerator and chipped it, installation was done but told me he doesn't balance the wheels at bottom of refrigerator -just put food in it and it will balance itself- left the floor all muddy and water all over from hose he replace and just pushed it into the wall- can't use it onice again because every time you open a door it pushes out from wall and leans forward like it's going to tip over- the delivery guy said he cold drop off the handle but I wold have to install it - REALLY -I payed for it to be installed correctly and not damaged - so now have to wait another week to see what happens and if we can get things right - called Paul from costumers service and he didn't get back to me and salesman at brands mart didn't really want to deal with it Harry- so will see about next week - I won't use them again - have used them in the past but after this horrible experience I won't in the future

Bad SERVICE after you purchased from brandsmart USA. They DON'T want to deal with you anymore. My ICE MAKER NEEDS to be REPLACED says THE TECHNICIAN 2 WEEKS AGO HE TOLD US THE COMPANY WILL GIVE US A CALL NO CALL YET.HOW LONG MORE DO I HAVE TO WAIT.MY REFRIGERATOR IS ONLY 14 MONTHS OLD. I'M VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED ONCE AGAIN.

I have very bad experience in my last purchase,i bought a refrigerator last june 23thti had scheduled the delivery for june 29th,at 8:pm the drivercalled me to tellme thad the truck had brokem,the followin monday no one called me to give me an explnation,I went to talk to the seller,when she called to delivery departmentthey told her they did not have more refrigerators of that brandshe after a great effort managed to speak with the representative of the factory becouse he delayed 2 days to answershe manage to know that refrigerators would come again the following week,they brougth me a refrigerator on thursday july 12th with a defect in the door,and they left to send me another today,lie was nothing scheduled the manager to shut my mouth offerd me $25 on a gift car and the delivere for tomorrow,.I have 20 years in this country and all my appliances I bought at brandsmart,I want to highlight the good work and bthe management of the saleswomam DAyana Nunes from west palm Beach att Elio Hernandez West Palm beach order # 0501490019

Brands Mart has a finance company Acceptance Now in their stores. They offer 90 days just like cash no interest charges. Well this is what happened with me. purchased a TV on 8/3/2017, I could not finance it thru Brands Mart Credit because I have a credit problem which I am working on to rid myself of all debts. They offered me Acceptance Now which is part of Rent-A-Center. They advertised 90 days like cash no interest charges. The people working there are not honest. My purchase was 549.00. I put down $209.00 and made two monthly payments of $118.87. When it came to my last payment I was told I have to come to the store to make the final payment. Right now I am disabled and could not get there or find someone to take me, I inquired about doing it by phone and they said that they contacted the district manager and he said OK. I called them on Oct. 30 to pay it off and they charges me 15% interest so I had to pay $294.38 which ended up I paid more than $702.00. They were supposed to deduct what I had already paid, I was misinformed by the employees that I could pay at that time because if I waited until Nov.1, I would be charged about $400.00. I believe it is false advertising. I filed a complaint with the BBB of WPB and they forwarded my case to the BBB of No. Dallas. On Nov. 17, I received an e-mail from the BBB that Acceptance Now will reimburse me 175.00 less $40.00 service charge. I agreed to Acceptance Now settlement. I called Nov. 24 to Acceptance Now in Plano, Tx and they said there is nothing in their system and they would contact the DM and he would call me within 48 hours. I never heard from him. I called the BBB in Dallas and they told me the case was closed Nov. 20, and they e-mailed me a copy of Acceptance Now letter refusing to reimburse me it was a different letter that said there will be no settlement and the case is closed because I signed a contract and their letter said no settlement. The BBB was very cooperative and told me to file a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas in Austin, Tx which I did, I have not had any response yet. I feel that this is FALSE ADVERTISING inside the Brands Mart store. The employees of Acceptance Now were not clear in their representations and Acceptance Now is denying that they were going to settle. I have a copy of an e-mail I sent to the BB of Dallas That I accept their offer of $175.00 less handling fees(now did I make up that settlement-NO) someone is hiding something. I will never again make a purchase at Brands Mart and advise everyone never to use Acceptance Now if I had taken the 1 year agreement the TV would have cost about $1200.00.The people you have working in this store do not know how to explain your finance program from Acceptance Now. I purchased a TV for $548.50 on 8/3, I put down $209.00 made 2 monthly payments of $118.00 and a final payment of $294 on Oct. 30, for a total of $702.00, your girls told me if I paid on the due date Nov. 1, I would have to pay $400 or they will take back the TV. I asked he if I could pay by phone she said yes so I paid. I was charged 15% interest, she never told me if I waited one more day I would not have the 15% charge which I feel is DECEIT and THEFT. I know what I signed but your people gave false information and your signage is very deceiving. 90 DAYS LIKE CASH NO INTEREST. I feel you or BrandsMart should reimburse me because of this deception and poor customer relations. The companies involved have no idea what customer service is.
