Their installation team arrived on Wednesday to deliver/install and remove old stackable washer/dryer bought at the South Dade Store. They did not shut off water and while trying to install the washer/dryer they broke the pipe off and flooded our unit as well as the unit below before finding a maintenance person at the resort and getting the water shut off. They left and would not complete the job. We had to pay for a plumber to fix the pipe and water team to come out to clean up the water. They then came out to reinstall today. Got a text that they would be at the location in 45 minutes. I sent out our person to meet them at the location, unfortunately they showed up in ten minutes, only stayed 10 minutes and left as they had to "keep on schedule". I contacted customer service immediately and they couldn't do anything but come back on Wednesday ! This is the second time I had to pay to meet someone at the location and also had to pay a fee for them to come back again ! This is ridiculous ! They do not care about their customers.

I wanted to order from a Local or Florida company. I chatted online with BrandsMart USA about the need for Curbside delivery or Dockside Pickup. I was told my orders would be ready for Dockside Pickup. I handed my order documents to the people at the dock. A Red shirt left the area for about 5 minutes. He returned and told me I had to go inside to complete my order. This was an Website / Online Paid order. I verified that Dockside Pickup was available prior before my arrival. The store was not ready for the Online Pickup Dockside. This reminds me of the CHAOS of previous BrandMart USA Dockside pickups with In Store Orders. It is a total corporate issue based on policy. The CHAOS of BrandsMart Continues in 2020. Anyone who has Doctors order to not enter buildings need to be aware that Brandsmart USA does not understand the concept of curbside, dockside, or Social Distancing pickup. I Canceled my $ 250.00 + order and placed it elsewhere. My order must have been too small.

If I could give them less than a 1, I would. Do not order something and expect it to be delivered when told. I ordered a washer and dryer in May. Dryer came in June when it was supposed to, however the delivery guy had to inform me that the washer wasn't with him. I'd have to call to get more information. It is mid August and I still have no washer and no knowledge that I'll ever see it. When I try to reach out to brandsmart, they just give me another date of when I should expect it and then nothing.

The extended warranty do not work, I pay for that and I am waiting for 5 weeks for fix a refrigerator. I do not recommend Brand Mart USA neither Extended Warranty.

I was inquiring about a twin size bed. The process was long and I wasn't given proper attention. The salesman kept answering the phone while I was waiting. After all was said and done the wrong bed was delivered. A much cheaper mattress. I had to go back to the store and the manager said oh the other mattress is 80.00 more. They like to play games. I was nothing but polite and patient. I didn't appreciate there tactics.This isn't how to keep a regular customer or good recommendations. Unprofessional.They won't be seeing me again !

First delivery was rescheduled! All 4 items were ok board ! They changed it from Friday to Monday , Monday cMe and only 2 items were available! Install crew was prompt and courteous, however brand new refrigerator works in refrigerator side however freezer does not work! Customer service wait time is 30-50 minutes every time I call !totally dissatisfied !!! Last time I, or any family member will EVER! Buy here again!

Over a week ago, Brandsmart came to my home to install a washer/dryer purchased on their website. The people installing the washer/dryer flooded my condo as well as the unit under mines. Water ran from a pipe they broke for around 10 minutes. One of the men installing the washer/dryer tried to tug on the water hose repeatedly instead of unscrewing the hose completely. The pressure of pulling the hose caused a pipe to break in half. The water to my entire building had to be turned off until I called an emergency plumber to turn to fix the pipe. Brandsmart team did pay for the plumber. Since that day, they have not done anything about the water damage they caused to my home. One of my bedrooms carpet was completely soaked. The entire house smells sour and like mildew. The unit under me ceiling start to droop. I’ve called the contact for the delivery several times and he can’t/wont give me a update or ETA when they will start drying or fixing my home. I’ve called Brandsmarts Corporate number twice and both times I’ve been told that an email was being sent to someone and they would call me the next day. Now more than a week later, I’ve spent more than $1000 on a washer/dryer that is sitting in the middle of my living room – where the installer left it after cause server water damage to my home and nothing has been done to repair anything. ****I’d like to update that more than two months ago my home was flooded. No repairs have been completed. The washer/dryer I purchase from Brandsmart I still don’t even know if it is functional because of the damage it is still sitting in the middle of my living room. It look more than a month for me to be even connect with an insurance person for the company. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a large company.

ON 03/25th/2020, The two guys came saying that they could not make the delivery because the order did not clarify that there was no elevator to accessing my 2nd floor and they blamed the seller. The seller did put in the order the special team requirements for not having an elevator, I called customer service and nobody knew how to give a reason for this negligence that forces me to stay two more days without the product for which I paid by trusting in the name of Brandsmart. Never thought to be a victim of such a lack of consideration to a customer. I feel it was on purpose, just to appear like they wanted to do the delivery, but they did not want to work
