I purchased a refrigerator at BrandsMart USA. I bought the five-year extended warranty after being told by the salesperson how critical it was to purchase a five-year extended warranty due to the high cost and complexity of the Samsung refrigerator. I paid $3349 dollars. I reported to BrandsMart USA a catastrophic malfunction of my refrigerator. After multiple failed attempts to fix the fridge, I am still without a working refrigerator. It is almost six months since the report and I do not have a working refrigerator and there are multiple days waiting for the techs with significant loss of income. There are multiple complaints online about this company and the reviews in the BBB and other sites probably can not be worst. If you have issues with this company and the extended warranty please. I am trying to start an organized mechanism to stop the abuse, many options are considered.

I tried to cancel an order and they shipped it anyway although I contacted them immediately. Now they say I have to pay the shipping to return it. I spoke with a customer service representative and with a manager, Linda Messersmith. The customer service is simply a joke. They can't do anything. They have no ability to cancel an order. If anyone reads this, Order Confirmation #27239952. Amazon, I love you.

We purchased a Washer Machine from Brandsmart Feb 18 2019 Model is a MAYTAG Top Load HE From The Day we Picked-Up the washer machine, the control panel console never properly responded to the Touch Panel. There was a very Long Delay after placing finger-touch upon the console switches, But Console Eventually Responded and We figured we'd simply tolerate the latency. Moving Forward to September 2020 -- We began to notice water pooling beneath washer on occasion, The Leak seemed to be intermittent at first -- October 2020 the leak was now very prominent, Every Time we washed a load of laundry, we would notice near a gallon of water beneath the Maytag Washer.. We called the *Warrantech tele number located on the receipt. Beginning early October we have reached-out to Warrantech for Service on 7 Occasions over a Two week timeframe. We were informed that a Service Tech would visit.. ( Nobody Every Showed-Up ) After calling and calling back over the weeks our issue simply fell on deaf ears. We Got Absolutely Nowhere with this Warrantech . --Today is November 29 2020 and now the Maytag Washer Machine is Dead-Unresponsive ! We have Launched a Credit Card Payment Dispute with Brandsmart / October 2020 At this time, we have Video Footage of the Unresponsive Machine as well as the Copious Amounts of water leakage over the past few months. Last Month; I would have settled for a *Repair, Today I Want an Entire Replacement! My Extended Warranty Covers 5 Years!

Terrible customer service. They changed my delivery date without checking with me and their delivery service left my TV in front of my house when no one was home. I will never buy from them again.

This is a terrible!! They sell poor appliance that look refurbished. I was engañado por ellos. Pague 939 por una estufa Sony y al los meses se empezó a salir la pintura, me martrataron emosionalmente y no nos ayudaron para nada, por mas que les rrogamos. La guaranties es pésima también!! Pague 140 Por ella y dejaron a mi esposo Esperando dos beses!!! Si ustds quieren que ellos no engañen mas a el bolsillo de los Clientes, mejor es que no compren ahí Para que no seas engañado. Los profesionales compran ahí y ellos los engañan vendiendo enseres de tercera clase al precio de los originales. Hazta las letras se Sony se le derritieron. La estufa aparenta 25 años y tiene 2.5. Tampoco SONY nos ayudó Para nada!! Por más que lis llamamos, Les aviso para que no caigan en ese esquema de fraude al consumidor!!! A bajo SONY y Brandsmart también...

The financing is terrible. Don't even fall for it. I have an 780 rating with low dept and making $80000 working in a hospital. They couldn't approve me for the 6 month same as cash financing on $1500 washer and dryer set. They try to bait me on the higher 35% interest rate credit card. This is my last purchase here.

Their Service & Repair Dept. is the worse. I have been trying to have a refrigerator that I purchased from them repairs and they have cancelled 3 days the appointments on the day of the appointment. I have no been able to speak with a manager. I had to contact the headquarters to finally be able to speak with a manager. Terrible customer service.
