Her friendly attitude made me feel comfortable enough to ask for her advice, and I’m really glad I did. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me realize that my original choice wasn’t actually the best fit for my needs. I browsed selections on the Brandsmart USA website and added the item I wanted to my cart. When I attempted to checkout my cart, the item disappeared from my cart and then completely disappeared from the website. Mr. Disomma could not explain why this happened, but he searched for and found an acceptable alternative that was not advertised on the website. In the future, I'll not waste my time browsing the website. I'll call Mr. Disomma. I recommend that you replace your website support staff with people who are competent.
