Dont Buy from these Idiots! They Sell stuff they Cannot get! A week later, I called again and then they Inform me they cannot get my items! Really, I had to Call them 3 time? And No follow up or cancellation email! Dont Waste ur time!

I checked on an order I placed 4 days ago and they said they do not have the item yet they have charged me!! No notification they did not have the item!! FURTHERMORE THEY ARE NOT SELLING THINGS FOR LESS!! This particular item came from Sam’s Club where it was out of stock but $50 cheaper!! This sounds like a scalper to me!!

What went wrong was I made 2 separate orders for 2 tumblers. I was charged $47.20. They only sent me confirmation for one order. But they sure charged my AMEX twice. Then they say they are canceling one and refunding the money. I told them to cancel my entire order. This inferior company is a JOKE. And they have the audacity to ask for a TIP. I almost tipped them glad I didn't now. This tipping is getting out of control. I would never tip them and I will more than likely never shop here again. Go to Amazon much better off and you don't have to tip.

Horrible customer service. Stay away from this shady company!!! They blocked me so I can’t call and get a refund!!! Zero integrity!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I verified that the item I was about to order was in stock. I was told the item was in stock. I placed the order for $99.00 dollars. My credit card was processed. I waited 5 days for the order to ship. I contacted this seller directly only to discover that the item I order was not in stock. I requested that my order be cancelled. They did not notify me one way or the other!

There stores in Riyadh closed all of the fitting rooms for both men and women. They want you to buy without trying on for size. This is stupidity beyond comprehension.

I have been scammed by Brands for less. They issued a refund and i never received it. They provided an ARN number to check with my bank. Nothing was ever done or processed from their side. Their customer service is very bad and they just do not care. It has been now almost a month from their 14 day policy. Not acceptable. Their customer service support, is making fun of me instead of being actually helpful. You should be ashamed of your self. I NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY. THE BANK CONFIRMED IT. YOU ARE SCAMERS. I will contact the police.
