I buy the t-shirt and trouser is t-shirt is 3/10 but the trousers they send They bought the trousers from Landa (second-hand market), put their own tag on them, recolored them, and then sold them to me as if they were their own product. When I removed their tag, I found Chinese writing underneath, which clearly showed that the trousers were originally from Landa. The color was also faded and had been recolored.

I ordered one T-shirt that was added to the cart in XL size, although I actually wanted a Large size. When the parcel arrived, I was shocked to find that the T-shirt inside was XXL. When I contacted their WhatsApp helpline, after a lengthy conversation, I was told that I would have to return the shirt at my own expense. This means paying another Rs. 500–600 for courier charges before I could even receive a refund. This is completely unfair. They are sending wrong sizes on their own and then expecting customers to bear the return costs. To make matters worse, the size tag that normally shows the shirt size had already been removed. That raised even more concerns about their practices. In my opinion, this is misleading and unprofessional behavior. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this brand. After this experience, I have lost trust in ordering shirts online. It seems that some businesses are running their operations through such tactics rather than providing honest customer service. My sincere request is: please think carefully before buying anything from this brand.

They are scam, don't throw your money on them I ordered one shirt (Rs14,99), a jeans (Rs1,099) and a belt (Rs 999). When they delivered it then was utterly shocked and disappointed to see that the clothes were trash quality. I've never seen such poor quality clothes in my life. Even second hand clothes are better than the trash they sent me. Fabric was such utter garbage "quality" that the best use for these clothes could be to use as floor mopping clothes. The shirt fabric didn't even look like any regular fabric, it looked like a big candy wrapper. The trash quality was the main issue. Furthermore, the print of the shirt that I got was totally different from the one I had ordered. The jeans size and fitting was totally different from the one that I had ordered. What they sent was more like a very loose trouser, almost like a shalwar. Bottom line is this: Stay far far away from brandsego, unless you actually like wasting your money.

Unfortunately, both experiences have been severely disappointing. Material feels cheap, lacks softness, Poor construction and sizing issues. Significant color fad found after opening the parcel, worse than local landa. Selected (L) size, but (XXL) size sent. Premium Quality Stylish Velvet Waistcoat: Material lacks plush feel. Subpar craftsmanship and worse than local landa. A Plea for Improvement: Online sellers should provide standard quality products and Display original, unaltered product images for transparency. My hope is for BrandsEGO to take this feedback seriously, improve product quality, and enhance transparency in online displays for selling products to facilitate the costumers for enhancement their business without disappointing the purchasers.

Horrible experience !!!! Never order their T-shirts sweatshirts etc for kids the head size is a few sizes smaller than what it should be …. I got 2 sweatshirts and T-shirts and all were the same. I ordered pants they dint have the size I asked for so they sent pants that were about 2-3 sizes smaller and cut of the portion on the tag which had the size on it!!! Please do not order anything from brand Ego waste of time and money !
