They steal art work and refuse refunds if you call them out.
I made a post on reddit for a custom art commission, the company posed as an individual with his own personal art portfolio and had me add him on discord. As soon as I sent the money I noticed his email was from brandsbyte.com and I confronted him and he said it was simply a company he made with his friends and they are trying to get their feet off the ground which I said was fine but it was the first red flag. I sent him pictures of myself and pictures of the reference picture. Instead of doing custom art work he traced over the reference image and plagiarized the art work and re colored it. I requested a refund because I consider this stealing and they are now refusing to give me a refund because he needs to pay for his high school, he has lied multiple times and I would never recommend this company. I have screenshots of all of our conversations as proof because they decided to delete their messages in our conversation.

Dear Clients and Supporters, I appreciate the opportunity to address recent comments circulating regarding my work. I believe in transparency and open communication, and I want to assure you that my commitment to delivering quality services remains unwavering. "I would like to address my previous client directly and clarify the situation regarding the work I provided. We agreed upon the terms and conditions, and you provided me with a reference. Utilising the exact specifications from that reference, I created layers for you. Afterwards, not only did you accept the layers, but you also expressed a great liking for them. However, when the work was completed, you displayed unprofessionalism and made an inappropriate appeal for a refund, which clearly showed that you were completely disinterested despite having accepted it. This is completely unjust, as it implies that my art is flawless, and your request for a refund is baseless. You initially admired the work, and now, it appears you are merely making excuses." Thank you for ongoing support Brandsbyte
