I was honestly impressed in the beginning of my experience with Brand N Mart but they became a little disappointed with the outcome. The beanbag arrived. It was definitely very durable with great material double zippers, which really impressed me, but they didn’t send enough shredded memory foam. It only filled up less than halfway I emailed them, and they emailed me back saying they had shipped 70 more pounds of memory foam, which made me really happy. They told me to give them 2 to 3 business days to ship it. It has been five or six days now and nothing has came. I emailed them again to get the tracking number three days after they emailed me saying it was shipped and they never emailed me back after that so yeah I’m a little disappointed

exceeded expectations. more than enough cushions for the bean bag. super comfy and a steal for the price!

Placed an order through Walmart.com from this third party company on December 19th. Was supposed to be 3 day delivery. But nope now it’s January 5th and still no package. Company does not respond to emails and or voicemails left for them. Will NEVER ORDER from this company again.

Do not order from this company. The number for you to call for customer assistance isn't even Brand N Mart. Which doesn't matter because they won't pick up anyhow. You can email the address provided, but that won't matter either because they won't respond and last but not least you guessed it the item you ordered you won't get. This company is a scam buyers be ware.

I bought 2 large bean bag chairs with beans included. I got the covers but no beans, 2 weeks later I received 3 bags of bean and it filled up 1 bean bag half way. I got tracking for for 2 more boxes that mite fill up the 1 but where are my beans for my other bean bag chair?

They always replied to any and all of my emails and voice messages. It's really good to be able to talk to a human when you have questions. Great professional service.
