Hey Safiya, It's unfortunate that you didn't enjoy the growth package, even though we doubled your fan base, and improved your engagement significantly in a 3 week period. Your starter package was the most affordable option we had, which deliverables were stated in a clear manner when you ordered, and didn't include the other things you were demanding, hope you understand. However, would appreciate if you could answer to our email, so we can go more in-depth what caused your bad experience, and possibly find a way to fix it. Kindest, Brandgram team
