Hi Austin Frank,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We've been unable to locate your order in our system and reached out to you (via the Trustpilot platform) a few months ago requesting order details, but haven't yet received a response.
To help resolve this quickly, could you please provide either your order number or the email address used during purchase? We'd be happy to look into this for you right away.
We want to assure you that all outstanding orders have been delivered, so we're confident we can provide you with a positive update once we locate your account.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards,
Brand Featured Team

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. Be sure to read their refund policy as the do not guarantee results and your article may only be picked up by one or two minor websites that add no value to your business. They do not get you on any major news sites even though they say they will. You can spend more on a larger package to be "picked up" more sites but still only get one site. If you minor site runs your story they still try to charge you the full amount. There are way more effective PR release services that get your story on many, many site for less money.

They have no response to any email or support.
Their checkout is extremely clunky with many dead links.
I filled out their basic info form and it froze both times, causing a massive waste of time.
2 days after purchase and I have yet to get a response from anyone.

A complete and utter scam
A complete and utter scam! They promise to publish an article about your business on local affiliate sites of Fox, NBC, CBS & ABC. In truth, they push out a press release on stock market feeds like financialcontent.com and marketminute.com. Very misleading service.

Hi Brad,
I'm so sorry to hear this is not what you expected.
Our website explains that you will be published to affiliates of CBS, NBC, and FOX, not the main websites as those are reserved only for national headline news. On our homepage brandfeatured.com if you scroll down to the FAQ section there is a commonly asked question, "Will I be published to the main website of NBC, FOX etc?" where we answer that we publish to websites like FOX40 etc.
In our full FAQ page, brandfeatured.com/faq, we provide a video at the top that shows how you will be published to official affiliates.
On our pricing area, it clearly states you will be published to NBC, CBS, FOX and ABC affiliates.
All the links provided are not fake, they are legitimate affiliates of CBS, NBC, FOX and more. Many of them are regularly hosted TV channels in their cities.
For your reference, here's the list of URLs for the CBS, ABC, NBC, and FOX affiliates:

Really starting to feel like a scam
Really starting to feel like a scam. I didn't see a single reputable website that my article got posted to. There all no name companies and the companies listed like Fox or CBS don't actually have my article.
Really not happy with how misleading the marketing was for this.

Horrible websites
Horrible websites. Not even sites you've heard of. They will lure you in with words like "ABC, FOX, etc", but it's all a bunch of spammy sites. Read the other comments to see for yourself. Never using again.

Scam alert
Scam alert! The company is fraudulent. They're posting to websites they own and claiming they're affiliates of the network and news outlets. I contacted most of these outlets one by one and they never heard of the respected sites. All the websites are owned by Frankly Media. Stay away from this! Use a generic press wire release service instead.
