I was wary of BrandBucket at first because of the cost of the domain I needed. I called their customer service and they were very helpful and not surprised by the concern. The process of purchase was super streamlined and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of communication from them on status and even tips for the transition (like don't forget to change your DNS address, etc...). It was great and would definitely use them again.

We purchased a domain in December 2019. Starting from the purchase and including all activities (payments, secure transfer, etc) everything went without any issues and was done within a just a few days. They also gave us support for the transfer itself and always answered our mails quickly.

BrandBucket Brendan & Roxana amazing. This was my first experience buying an expensive domain. When I called and left a message, I received a call back an Brendan gave me the run down of how the process worked. I was caught out of town when the idea came to me for the domain and found it was being sold thru brandbucket.com so I had to move some money around after quickly putting deposit down. Brendan made me so comfortable that I didn't worry anymore. Once I paid then I received an email from Roxana from Escrow trying to get me my domain as fast as possible. Roxana was super cool and patient as I messed up a couple times on the GoDaddy of bringing in the domain. Im happy to say that i'm currently buying my 2nd domain from brandbucket.com Highly recommend them and their amazing service Troy
