I had not heard of BrandBucket prior to using them, but after doing a search for comments from others, I concluded they were at least worth making initial contact to purchase a URL. I have to say, all communication was pleasantly professional, timely, and efficient. All questions I had were answered in a manner that made sense the first time, which built my confidence in the service. You know how it is when dealing with technical issues involving domain names... you often will ask a question, and the first answer has you saying to yourself, "what the heck does THAT mean". I experienced none of that with these folks. I would not hesitate to utilize BrandBucket again if the need arose. Overall, a surprisingly painless experience. Two thumbs up :-)
