This company is a scammer. They have sponsor about a 100 ads on face book market place. Ordered 1 item and they added 5 extra pieces. No way to contact to cancel or get refund. META HAS AN AD LIBRARY showing everything they are involved in. Beware

I never received the dinosaur ice tray that I ordered. According to the post master, I was given false barcodes and shipping numbers. After 3 months of emailing, they still haven't refunded my money. They deserve zero stars or something in the negative zone. Stay away!!!

Zero stars is not offered or that would be my choice. I never received my order and they refuse to refund my money. They are completely stealing from me. I’m a widow and watching my money go to waste is shameful.

I ordered 2 medium Winter coral fleece home clothes; one purple and one gray.. The purple one was perfect. The neck on gray one looks stretched out, the sleeves are much longer, and the bottom hem is shorter than the purple one. I sent them photos clearly showing the disparities. They replied saying their departments reviewed the photos but stated their garments consistently meet the highest standards. They also said i could return them to their China location, at my expense. Terrible experience and customer service.

I received an email order confirmation but no product. When I put in the tracking number the message said it wasn’t found. This happened on numerous attempts. I emailed support. The answer was just a note that goes out to everyone. Mine gave me the tracking number again no luck. A bogus company

Bought their whitening toothpaste . Used it twice daily for two full weeks … no change whatsoever. Requested refund but they would only offer $5 us refund. This has been going on for weeks .
