I did the Cinema puzzle, and it was great quality and honestly one of the prettiest puzzles i’ve done. It took me only a couple hours and the metallic parts on it are beautiful.

While the puzzle was beautiful and the pieces were a unique shape, the quality was very poor, the poorest of any puzzle I've done. Out of the box, some pieces were peeling apart (the top patterned side was separating from the base side). Once put together, there were parts of the pattern that was curling off of the base of the piece. The pieces locked together, but bowed and bubbled when in groups instead of laying flat. There was also a random extra piece that didn't belong to the puzzle. When I took the finished puzzle apart, the pieces bent easily and some tore, even with very gentle handling. I won't be able to put this puzzle together again.

A lot of the puzzles pieces weren’t cut and it was very difficult to cut the them apart without messing up the puzzle piece. Also a bunch of puzzle pieces were cut in half and have to glue together! For a 10 dollar puzzle 🧩 having this many issues is ridiculous! Would not recommend.

I have ripped pieces, and some that were not cut all the way through and I have missing pieces as well honestly I’m very disappointed with the product presented before me.

I bought the Reef serenity 500 piece puzzle and it’s a beautiful piece. The only thing I didn’t like is that some of the paintings on the puzzle piece or filling from the cardboard under the pack other than that beautiful piece I plan to frame it and hang it in my bathroom. .

Pieces were stuck together and some were manufactured improperly some pieces were even already put together properly before opening and were unable to be taken apart

Beautiful puzzle but 7 missing pieces and multiple pieces were uncut. It was fully taped and untouched when we bought it at hobby lobby. We opened it and completed puzzle in one sitting and looked everywhere for the missing pieces.

20% of the puzzle was put together still. 20% of the puzzle had pieces of the puzzle paper ripping. Good pieces when they were not ripped
