Hemsida som ljuger om abonnemang och dolda avgifter. Trodde att det var ett test jag betalde för men tydligen fick jag reda på att de kollar en till ett abonnemang och när man vill avsluta det går det inte ens att göra på hemsidan (olagligt?)

Do not fall for this nonsense
Do not fall for this nonsense. They will give you a great result on a test, that they say is completely free, and then before you know it they are charging you monthly for a “service” that provides absolutely no benefit to you, other than to help you ace their absurdly easy to take test. It’s a scam!
Response from BrainsmateOct 16, 2026
Dear Vaughan, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We deeply regret that your experience left you feeling this way, and we take concerns regarding billing clarity very seriously. We would like to clarify a few important points regarding our assessment and services: Assessment Mechanics & Pricing: While taking the initial questionnaire is free of charge, access to the full 15-page cognitive profile, detailed score analysis, and downloadable certificate requires a paid $1/€1 trial. The terms outlining the automatic transition into a monthly subscription after the trial period are detailed on the checkout page prior to purchase. Test Standardization: Our questions and scoring methodology are calibrated across multiple cognitive domains (such as spatial reasoning, logic, and visual processing) to ensure standard distribution, rather than simply issuing high scores. Please reach out directly to [email protected] with the email address associated with your account. Our team will resolve this for you promptly. Best regards, Customer Support Team BrainsMate
