The one off payment isn't highlighted as being a subscription model. Very disappointed. The lack of ability to cancel from within your profile is a deliberate attempt to make the system harder so that the subscription can collect without your 'fully informed consent' That consent cannot be provided as it is not made clear at the initial small purchase you're entering a subscription, due to t&cs being hidden / conveniently placed on a site that isn't presented to you before you make the 'one off purchase' Updated. Fast response and sorted issues. But you could argue not needed if the hidden charges were not an issue...
