Subscription trap trash.
Subscription trap. offers free or almost free results, then bills u 40. Extremely scammy behaviour. Update apparently they give refunds however this hasn't happened to me yet. I Will update IF they refund. Update I got offered 50% refund Even though others get 100% refunds. I smell either sexism or partial scam. I keep you updated as this moves on. Update. I accepeted 75% since I Have no Time to fight thieves all The time. They claim that they can't refund dude policies but they can, ANY company can. Just stay strong and you will get some back.

Just wanted to try out to see my IQ is. Now Im being charged for a subscription that I never wanted in the first place and also they never mention I will be subscripting to. Also on the website it never mentioned anything about a subscription. This is a total scam and please be careful people.

There was an unexpected payment.
There was an unexpected payment at the end and the process to get the results even after I paid was annoying as well. I was also charged with a recuring payment that i had to go out of my way to send a message to their support team to fix. I am hoping to get this problem fixed soon as otherwise I will promise to tell every soul I see, that this has been the worst shopping experience of my life. Support please fix my issue if or when you see this, as if you do fix my issue, I will gladly take down this review.

They hide the “subscription” fine print…
They hide the “subscription” fine print but send you a graphic when you complain. I know the screen i saw and lnow it didnt mention a subscription. Even if, there is nothing on their portal or in your profile that says anything about a subscription much less hose to cancel one. Scam. Designed and run intentionally to deceive. Company is built with zero integrity and zero character.

Sign up scam
Signed up to an expensive recurring subscription without consenting. I even emailed right after I did the original IQ test and told them if I had unknowingly been signed up to a subscription that I wanted it cancelled immediately. now I have been charged $39.99 USD a week later. They replied to my email(went to spam) saying sorry to see you go but before we cancel please tell us why, which was all in bold, emphasising they wouldn't cancel based on my email. I also checked on my iphone after I did the IQ test and no active subscriptions showed up. This is complete rogue company behaviour. The whole business model is tricking people into a subscription and getting as many payments out of people as possible before they realise they were signed up.
