Brainscape - Smarter FlashcardsReviews of brainscape.com

I've been using this app for the past 4 years and it has always helped me. Rly if you want to find a way to learn quicker use this app. Making the flashcards may take some time at times but at the end you will never regret it 😁! The updates over the years have made this app even better, you can even ask ai to generate your own deck of flashcards. So I highly recommend it 👌🏿🤩💯

Brainscape is an easy app that allows for a teacher to create flash cards and students to access them for review. There are currently options to purchase already made flash cards, but I have found it easy and convenient to create my own.

I have been using Brainscape since the early 2010’s and it has helped me tremendously throughout me academically, professionally, and personally. From language learning to preparing for certifications, I will always use this platform forever. It just continues to improve and increase its offerings.

Great and understandable flash cards

easy to set up decks and cards, on computer or my phone. allows me to find a few minutes to study on my phone, at times that otherwise would be wasted.

I have been using Brainscape for years now and a review seems long overdue. Combining all of my accounts I have studied around 10.000 flashcards that have helped me through two bachelors and in my journey to learn German. So I can easily say I am an avid user. I cannot stress enough how useful this tool can be, if used correctly. The AI features are still a bit rusty, but you can easily combine ChatGPT with the import csv. files feature to create flashcards quickly. I used the premium subscription a couple of times, when I was close to exams sessions, but overall the free site already has everything I need. One thing I'd like to see implemented is a text to voice tool. It would be useful for language learning and for the blind.

If any devs are reading this, do you have any student discounts (or discounts in general) for the pro subscription? Im currently using the free version, and it’s outstanding and better than I could have imagined. The card rating system is very good and the software is excellent - but some features (such as bookmarking, adding photos and reseting mastery) would be incredibly helpful for my specific revision. I am considering purchasing the pro but it is a tiny bit out of budget. I understand that software and security may be expensive to run, so Im just wondering if theres any discounts available. To conclude, the app is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy revision guide 😄👍.

I like most of the aspects of Brainscape, however, I would like if you added in like a games setting just like how Quizlet has e.g fill in the gaps, match up. Other than that, i love this app!
