Hey Nicole, the answer shouldn’t appear unless the reveal answer button is tapped (or space bar), so if you’re seeing it prematurely, we’d definitely want to look into that. Feel free to reach out to us anytime at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help. Looking forward to your email! Chuckee@Brainscape

Hi there — thanks for your feedback! I’m curious which class you’re studying where you’re seeing differences between platforms. If you manually sync the mobile app (pull down to refresh), it should match what you see in the web browser. If not, please email us at [email protected] with screenshots from both platforms and the class link, and we’ll be happy to help.” Glad to hear everything else is working well for you! Hi Maude! Thanks so much for the feedback — we’re really happy to hear you’re enjoying Brainscape and the confidence-based studying! We totally get why you’d want private classes and some free AI flashcard credits. We’d love to make those features free, but keeping content private and running AI tools does cost us money on the backend. So for now, those features are part of our Pro plan. That said, you can try AI flashcards for free with some limits — and you can always create your own flashcards for free anytime. Importing a file is super quick and works great. We really appreciate you using Brainscape and sharing your thoughts with us. Please keep the suggestions coming! 💙 Chuckee@Brainscape
