BEWARE- In my experience- They will steal your money and WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.This program is scam, there is no robotics, no engineering, it is a poorly managed daycare. They had a 19 yo as the camp director, very unprofessional people, they had little 4 yo wandering the Elementary school on their own without a buddy to go to the bathroom, they leave kids in wet diapers and poop, they make the little 4 years olds do laps as punishment. And they sell your information to phone scammers such as from: "(GEEKSQUAD)@SRV_MANAGER"> where they try to lock your computer. I know this because i called them and they told me how they got my information. Kids to Pros customer service is in India which is the same place as these phone scammers. BEWARE- this is a scam camp and they lie to the parents about what was done because they count on the little kids not being able to explain what is really going on. BEWARE don't do send your child here absolutely awful. BEWARE.

Bad experience. Big waste of time.
DO NOT SIGN UP. I would give 0 stars if I could. I signed my son up for 3 classes this summer in Pleasanton and each was cancelled at the last minute. A week before each class, I was told that class was cancelled due to low enrollment and he would instead be enrolled in a totally different alternate class. My son didn't want to take the alternate class because it was unrelated to what he was interested in (he wanted to do programming and they assigned him art or improv). Then I started the long process of getting a refund, which required calling and emailing multiple times. Even after they confirmed I would get a refund and I cancelled the alternate class, I kept getting emails with instructions about attending the alternate class my son didn't want to attend. Instead of refunding the one charge with one credit, I got a dozen small credits back, some totaling 1 cent, and dozens of emails! In some cases, the credits didn't even match what I was charged and I had to complain that the refund wasn't complete (like $120 off). I spent hours scheduling the classes, booking pickup/drop off, fighting to get a refund, all to attend zero classes and totally disappoint my son. Stay away.

This is fraud
This is fraud.
We paid a grand for a two-week UNITY camp and the computers don't even work and the counselors have no training in the subject matter. Absolute bait and switch.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Definitely a scam and a money grab. My full review is below. I am on week 3 of trying to get a refund and they continue to not call me back, not allow me to speak to someone beyond the initial call taker. I have to explain the same thing to various intake people and no one calls me back that can actually process a refund. They are offering a credit for another camp-unacceptable.
My wife and I enrolled my son, in the Arduino: Circuits and Science camp at Harriet Sayre school in Chicago, IL. I am requesting a full refund. I will also call the customer service number to facilitate this request.
The camp was initially scheduled for June 13th-17th, but due to availability at the school, they changed the date to July 11th-15th. We made the accommodation and changed our schedules.
My son attended today, July 11th (first day) and here is a summary:
Per the website (and confirmation we received), the camp was scheduled to run from 8:30am-5pm. According to the directions we received, I was to arrive 10-15 minutes early before the beginning of camp. I was directed to drop my son off and not to get out of the car. There would be someone to get him and guide him into the building.
I arrived at 8:10, drove around the building several times, and saw no signs posted where to bring him. At 8:20am, I called the school and the main office said to try door #5 near the parking lot and someone would meet us there. At 8:30am, someone came out and posted a sign in the street telling people where to go. There was another mom and her son who were also lost.
I spoke with the director John and he told me that camp ends at 4pm but that they can keep the kids until 5pm if necessary. The camp was advertised as ending at 5pm (not camp ending at 4pm with daycare for an hour).
The objective of the camp per the website was as follows: Campers will learn the science behind some common household technology while building their own pretties with Arduino. The inner workings of remotes, thermometers, and robotics will be studied. Each day, students will build their own circuit projects with Arduino.
-The class did not have any Arduino equipment and/or supplies.
-They used Legos for the build.
-After lunch, students from the "Film Studio" class joined my son's class and my son was asked to teach/assist the "film studios" students with a lego build (not sure why the Film Studios Class would be spending their time building with legos)
-Sometime between 3-3:30, both classes were brought to the gym where a teacher had them do laps, sprints, followed by 30 minutes of basketball and dodgeball.
-When I picked my son up at 4:00, I heard one of the instructors mentioning how a kid got hit in the head with a ball (not my son).
This was my son's first day of camp. Based on the lack of organization, failure to have the required equipment stated in the description, ending the camp an hour earlier than stated, and not being able to meet the stated objectives and provide a full day of learning about science and circuits, I am requesting a full refund.
Their customer service manager, Joelle, admitted on the phone to me that they messed up the camp, the equipment wasn’t there, several parents complained, and that the other camp(film studios) did not have the instructor show up so they combined class. Yet he said they would not refund my money-only a credit for another camp. Worst customer service. Very apparent this is a money grab and not quality.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that this has been a negative experience for you and your family. As our Customer Service Manager expressed on the phone, any issues that occurred on the first day of that session were quickly addressed and the camp proceeded without further issues for the remainder of the week. We do hope that with time you will consider using the issued credit to give us a second chance at providing a quality experience for your child.

Canceled camp in the middle of the week!
After canceling my son's first camp (only 1 week beforehand) due to low enrollment, Kidz2Pros just canceled the remainder of his SECOND camp for the rest of this week and next... at 7pm the night before. I am now scrambling to find childcare for TOMORROW as well as for the rest of this week and next.
If low enrollment is a problem, please cancel *at least* two weeks beforehand (and preferably longer) so that parents have time to plan! Last-minute childcare is nearly impossible to find for some of us!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused for you and your family. This unfortunate cancellation was due to the school site becoming unavailable. Again, we are deeply sorry and will be processing a refund right away.

DO NOT sign up for this camp
Do not sign up for this camp. We were so disappointed in this camp and the customer service. We did not receive a welcome email as promised with information before the start of camp.
The camp director was the only adult present and did not have a list of what kids were supposed to be there. Also, he did not have a lesson plan or materials pertaining to the specific camp which we selected. Additionally, for what was supposed to be a camp for 4-6 year olds, there were much older kids presents. The camp director had no information from corporate and said he wasn’t even sure what he was going to do with the kids.
Needless to say I felt it was unsafe for my child, especially since the camp was unaware of any specific needs, medical issues, food allergies that my son may have let alone they didn’t even know he was supposed to be there. Absolute incompetence and disorganization. I immediately began to pursue a refund from customer service with multiple emails and calls with no movement. I felt I deserved a refund because the services I paid for were not given. This absolutely justifies a full refund. Only after filing a BBB complaint, they have a D- rating there by the way, did I receive a call back from upper management. After speaking to multiple people in manangement, I was told they would only give me a credit to use at another one of their camps. I would NEVER use this camp again after what happened, so a credit was not an acceptable offer. I had to file a dispute with credit card company to get my money back. I thought it was important to inform all who are considering this camp that this is not the one for your kids. Research for yourself. So many other bad reviews regarding poor safety, disorganization, last minute changing of camps or locations, and horrible experiences.

Minimal Supervision; Bad Experiences in Austin TX
I was very disappointed to learn after our last day with Kids to Pro that there seemed to be minimal supervision. Due to our 6 year old son's past bullying experience and we explicitly asked that he was placed with kids is own age. On the last day of summer camp, we found out that he was slapped in the face by a 10 year old girl -- the counselors never even told us this happened. The kids were allowed to play a game where they kick one another. During this game, the kids ganged up and repeatedly kicked mine on purpose. I was upset to find out that the counselors were not around to stop this kind of play - Where were they?? What adult in the right mind allows kicking?? This literally sets us back as we're trying to build up his confidence. Thanks Kids to Pro for your "thoughtfulness". Lastly, it's been over 105 degrees for week's on end in Austin. They keep the kids outside a lot regardless if kids are complaining about heat. I suggested to my son tell them he needs to use the bathroom when the heat is too much to bear. During pick up, I've met some of the counselors and they seem nice enough but it's obvious they are college students working a summer job. I have doubts they understand or have much experience working with kids across neurodiversities. Concern that they just blow you off if you ask for any kind of accommodation. Two week was enough for me. So disappointing... I seriously regret this place.

Don't go to this school its a logistic NIGHTMARE
Don't go to this school its a logistic nightmare! They couldn't keep track of paperwork or the schedule of my child. They canceled BOTH of his classes and rescheduled his times. When I finally gave up on them getting it together. I canceled altogether. Now I can't get them to give me my money back even though we NEVER attended the classes we originally signed up for. Do yourself a favor and run! Oh, and on the first day of class the director called even though we had already cancelled looking for my kid saying he wasn't there. Which reassured me I had made the right decision. They can't keep track of paperwork, they can't have my son! I wasn't going to leave this review but I hate it when a business don't refund money when they KNOW there was screw up. This is one of those businesses!
