Terrible. They did not provide any educational services promised - no "LEGO Robotics", no "Roblox - Obstacle Course", no "Music Compositing", nothing. They just had the children play Minecraft on an old laptop and that was it. They never sent us any photos or videos of the kids playing at the camp. My son refused to go to this camp after four weeks (with two more paid weeks left), because it was boring and terribly disappointing. The camp never called us, never wondered what happened, never was curious if my son was sick or anything was wrong. They just didn't care at all. This "KidzToPros" camp was at Doyle Elementary in San Diego.

The camp my son went to was advertised as engineering/STEM with some sports instruction and a space theme. He didn't do any STEM activities, only one coloring activity every day. He didn't learn anything about space. And there was no sports instruction. He seemed to spend his day independently playing tennis, snacking and lunch, one coloring activity. I even learned that he was playing games on a computer. This is not at all what was advertised for this camp and I would not have signed him up if I had known it would be like this.

During this class , the kids watched Minecraft videos on YouTube due to problems with the school firewall. Parents were not notified and this is something that should have been prepared ahead of time . I was told an extra class would be added and none ever was .

Take this from a parent of two kids who had enrolled in camps at school and for what it is worth... Firstly, I have to give credit to whoever came up with this idea but Kidstopros is a failure execution. Entrepreneurs take note to copy the strategy and execute it flawlessly, you are to win - hear it from an angel investor in startups. 1. Very UNPROFESSIONALLY run camps. They employ anyone who signs up to conduct sessions without proper due diligence if they are qualified 2. CANCEL at last minute and without notice - kids would be assembled and waiting for instructor. None shows up. 15mins past and when we contact, they would say that class is cancelled. 3. ONLY ONE INSTRUCTOR for 20+ kids. Most sessions are conducted with just one instructor and who has no clue of how to handle a class with kids. 4. POOR SERVICE - The worst service except to post/send responses that they apologize. no followup after that and noone will contact you to solve the problem. you might spend hours before getting to someone on the line. 5. REFUND - there are several kids enrichment programs that professionally handle you money. kidstopros is a joke as their attitude is, parents will pay. no process to handle refunds. In summary, if you have extra money that you would like to trash, sign up with kidstopros as they value taking it and give you NOTHING in return. The worst company I had dealt with.

My son had his second day of work at KtP yesterday. He had a co-teacher, and it was his first day. 40 kindergartens. No training on how to use/ instruct on the Lego robotics, which I have actually used with autistic teens and young adults. Not exactly plug and play to entertain small children. Neither instructor could access the course materials (they weren't where they were told to look), and neither instructor had a phone number to call for help, only the number to sign up for classes. When they dug into the only instructions they had, from Lego, not a curriculum to follow, they realized they needed a laptop to set up, which they didn't have. My son and his coworker are earnest, hardworking young adults, but if the company doesn't provide adequate training, materials, and support, of course this is just going to blow up. If i was the parent of a child in this class, I'd be furious. As the parent of one of the instructors, I'm pissed that they treat their employees so poorly. And two adults for 40 kindergarteners??? That's insane.

He’s an excellent instructor. My kid liked him.

The first day of the program, 9/12/22, I was told they did not have enough tablets or robots and my child was asked to draw. Today, I asked the instructor what my child did in the class, I was told she “played with Elizabeth”. When I asked my daughter why she didn’t play with “robots” she said the other kids in the class “did not share”I am not happy with this outcome. I called the customer service number and requested a withdrawal and refund. I did not pay for my daughter to draw and play. This is supposed to be hands on class/learning class.

Very unorganized. Need two adult instructors with that many kids. Need a designated area to go - not in the middle of the school hall. Kids & Parents were leaving in the middle of the session and instructor was not checking student/parent to ensure the right parents were leaving or making when students were leaving. Students didn't know where to go to meet the instructor at the beginning of the session. Very disappointing first impression.
