Really happy with this product. Sleeping very well and waking up refreshed

I am a huge fan. For more than a year now I have been tracking my sleep with my Oura ring, so I have pretty exact data that confirms my subjective impressions of better sleep and more focus thanks to Brain Luxury. I wake up with the energy and clarity that I used to 10 years ago. In fact, I can tell exactly the weeks with Brain Luxury and the ones without. Simply put: My deep sleep is on average 30% longer with this magic potion than without, and hardly interrupted - next to many other factors. My doctor was so impressed that she is taking it now as well and threw out her normal melatonin pills. Highly recommended!

The product tastes good and it helped me with my sleep. I fell asleep quickly, didn’t wake up in the middle of the night and woke up refreshed. A good night sleep make a positive impact on my energy during the day.

I typically go to bed around 11pm or later and wake up around 7am. Most nights I don't sleep soundly through the night as well. Brainluxury helped me fall asleep earlier in the night and really didn't feel the need to immediately get caffeine into my system the next morning to function at work. The fats in the product are intimidating visually at first but a couple quick shakes and they dissolved. The taste was very similar to lemon / citrus juice. Awesome experience with the 5 box and I would recommend it to anyone that struggles with getting adequate sleep.

I usually have a very hard time falling asleep. I even take Benadryl sometimes. I know, it's bad. The first night I took Delta I slept like an actual baby. Another problem I have is I can never sleep in past 7 am or so and I slept in until 8:30 my first night on Delta. I woke up feeling great, not groggy at all. Highly recommend it for people who hate the groggy morning after melatonin.

I tried BrainLuxury mostly out of curiosity and a long running mission to improve my sleep and was very impressed. I found the impact on how rested I felt the next morning the most profound though I also slept very soundly and my sleep tracker showed definite quantifiable improvements

Pleasant tasting and helped me relax prior to sleep. Stayed sleeping longer than usual and without the usual after effects of a sleep helper.
