I have found the customer service of this company to be outstanding. E mails are answered promptly, and phone calls meet with a very pleasant and informative response. Due to my own lack of expertise I returned the computer, and it was returned in three working days with the problem, which was due to my own bungling, solved. . I have no hesitation in recommending Braebo, and will use them again.

Purchased a braebo Mithras PC from this company as recommended by the review in Computer Active, received a phone call shortly after placing my order to confirm order and to see if I had any questions. Delivery time said 2 weeks but I got it much sooner than that. PC works great and I got a really good value for money PC. No problem in recommending them and dealing with them again.
