It didn't work. Going to return it. The $20.00 one from Walgreens worked better.

I bought the largest size available
I bought the largest size available. I'm 5'10 and 200lbs and it was too small . Rubber around edges is too stiff and hurt my thumb worse than the pain it was supposed to help. Terrible purchase for the 90plus dollars I spent.

Service/shipping all fine
Service/shipping all fine. The splint itself was all wrong for me. I have worked in hand surgery for 38 years. (hence my CMC joint arthritis) I had certified OT's fit this splint for me, had continually skin break down and zero relief of symptoms.

I AM Happy with the product
I AM Happy with the product, but recently bought a size too big. I'M WAITING ON RETURN / EXCHANGE CONFIRMATION & INSTRUCTIONs. It's been over a week.

not fexible, not comfortable, does not help
It rubbed on thumb, reddened skin, hurts. Did not help. Rubber material is not flexible, it's very hard.

Disappointed and unimpressed with the lack of professionalism …
Im sorry but I am very disappointed with the exchange policy for Push Meta thumb brace. I purchased the wrong size but did not realize this was the problem for about 2-3 weeks. I re -measured my hand and then ordered the next size -and returned the smaller Brace. I was denied a refund because Troy , the service rep , said it looked “used “. I did not expose it to water and hardly used it because it was painful to wear. If I could have been fitted by staff or a Dr before purchasing this would not have happened - but that was not possible with this product that can be purchased without an Rx .
