My hard doctor recomiended this brace. It is much more compact than the brace i was wearing. It was a little hard to figure out which side was up but once I did, it was easier. The brace protects my arthritic thumb from further inflammation.

Fits well and allows more support than others I've used. Company was very responsive in replacing the one I ordered that was too small. I am considering a second one so I will always have a clean one on hand although they are very easy to ckean.
