I ordered a brace for the wrong hand, and had a very easy time returning/exchanging it. Customer Service was great and it was a very easy process. That being said, I love the brace - it fits well and really helps with my arthritic thumb joint.

The brace came with helpful instructions for how to use it, and it definitely relieves the arthritis symptoms I have in my right hand. It offers some stability and makes it easier to use my hand without pain. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick.

Rapid response and delivery time and about less expensive than Amazon! I’m wearing my splint now. I love the mobility it gives me while bracing my CMC joint. I can cook and do things. The plastic thumb holder allows me to wash my hand lightly and the Velcro straps are lightweight and comfortable.
