Push brace. Collects dirt in Velcro straps. Difficult to clean. Contacted company and was told to wash in a washer bag. Tried this and pieces of saw dust still remains on Velcro. Eventually, I can see Velcro no longer holding.

They work till the velcro wears out, which is too soon. Now when I wear them I get a rash on my hand. Spent too much money for that to happen.

Good day I received my item, but I think it cost to much . I have similar brace much cheaper and it does the same thing I would like a refund.

I already submitted a review. Why are we doing this again??? As I previously stated, your product is grossly overpriced. Price should be far less. 90 day warranty is meager. DO NOT ask for another review. Get your act together!!

So uncomfortable 😣plastic thumb stabilizer braces, I wore a few times but turned out a complete waste of money.

Service was fine however the product (though brace) leave a lot to be desired! Flat out it doesn’t really work; I still have pain in my thumb joint and my thumb’s movement is limited. And the price is excessive!!! $80.00 for some second rate Velcro, and plastic with a metal band in it is ridicules! If it worked that would be one thing, but it doesn’t!!! So much for my doctor’s recommendation, I guess I go on line and see what else I’d put there.

I could not get the brace adjusted so that it was comfortable. I believe a therapist is needed to fit the brace. My hands are not strong enough to bend the brace to adjust it. My husband tried to help, but also was unable to help. I will not purchase a brace again with out professional help.

I can see how this brace could really help... if it fit properly. My hand therapist measured and so it should have fit and actually DID everywhere except for the gaping around my thumb base that left a lot of space, making it uncomfortable. I even took it to my therapy session but there was nothing to be done about the huge gap and so I returned it. I was very disappointed. In response to Bracelab's reply that in the future I can contact Bracelab's support team, I actually did that before returning my brace. Their response was simply an email telling me how to return it. They did not address my issue at all.
