This brace did not work for me at all. It hurt the top of my thumb and I couldn’t wear it.

I had a brace lab brace for my left hand, and when the Velcro wore out, I reached out to brace lab to ask if they would either repair it themselves or tell me how to repair it, they told me to order a new one—that they don’t do repairs I discovered on my own that I was able to buy some Velcro (for $4) from the hardware store, attach it to the worn-out velcro strap, and make the brace functional again. (I wish I could attach a photo.) I really don’t understand why brace lab did not at least recommend trying that fix for such an expensive product. When I wrote an earlier review, Bracelab told me to reach out to customer support. The nice person I spoke to acknowledged that they were working to improve the velcro--I guess I improved it on my own! Maybe they should hire me as a consultant! 🤣

Ordering this brace was no problem and it was delivered in a timely manner but the cost of this brace is ridiculous . It is not that comfortable and I am not sure it is useful.

You guys make things to hard for senior citizens. The fact that you don't bill the insurance company. I would not use your company again.

The brace did not arrive. I thought the shipping was free because of how the website advertised it, and it was not until after I placed my order that I realized I was paying for FedEx delivery (an extra $21). I accepted this communication glitch assuming I would get the product sooner so that was okay. But more than a week later I have yet to receive the item.

Additionally, we ship our braces out of Raleigh, NC and FedEx typically takes around 5-7 business days depending on where it is being shipped to.
