It took a week or two to receive
It took a week or two to receive. The product is handsome and light weight. I find the metal hand mold uncomfortable after a while. It does help, though.

Concern for the environment
I wish there was a way to replace the worn Velcro rather than filling landfills with old braces.

Confusing order page!
I succeeded in my second attempt to order a wrist brace. My first attempt failed, because I expected the selection buttons to be laid out like so: LEFT RIGHT However, the web page is laid out like this: RIGHT LEFT. I clicked the button on the right, because that's where I expected the right hand model to be, and wound up ordering the wrong model. Customer Service came to the rescue and cancelled my inadvertent order, but I have to wonder if I an the only person who has ever been tripped up by this.

Speedy delivery, good quality, no response
The brace came quickly and it's good quality, however I emailed back with a question about it and did not receive a reply.

Great, but might need some padding.
I bought it for times when I need to do more intense work with my hands and the strap portion digs into my skin. I’m going to try some padding to see if that makes it more comfortable. Otherwise it’s one of the more comfortable braces I’ve tried.
