Sent an elbow instead of the wrist
Response from BraceLabMay 20, 2025
Carol, thank you for your review. After reviewing your order, we didn’t see a wrist brace listed—only an elbow brace was included. Please know that BraceLab offers a 30-day return policy, so feel free to reach out if you’d like to return the product or need any assistance.

I liked the wrist band and wear it everyday. I returned the left and right foot braces because I chose the wrong size. I did not reorder because I don't understand the size chart you have set up. It is complicated to me and I did not want to order the wrong size again.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the wrist band. We appreciate your input in regards to the sizing chart and are happy to help guide you through sizing if you decide to reorder in the future.

I hope it will be comfortable. I have tried many since my accident 2 years ago.None have been comfortable after a short period of time.I may have ordered the wrong size but would rather keep the one I have, which is slightly small, than deal with the return process.

Jan, we appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns about comfort following your accident. If you have any questions, please reach out to our support team.

Great brace, very comfortable to wear. These are the reasons I purchased this brace. But the other reason was I need one to sleep in. This one does not work for sleeping at all. I’ve tried it three nights in a row and the Velcro on the strap comes off making the brace useless at night. Maybe you should add some kind of Velcro over the top of it so when you’re moving your hand around under your pillow that it doesn’t come loose.. just my thought.

Thank you for your feedback. We will pass this along to the manufacturers. You are welcome to return the brace since you are within the 30 day return policy if you wish to.

The brace gives great support for lifting objects and helps with the pain, however they start to irritate the area where my thumb bends. I wish the inside of the brace where my thumb bends towards the palm were softer so it did not hurt or irritate me after wearing it after a while. For the price, I think the concept could have been a little better so it gave support to the thumb joint but didn't eventually cause irritation in the thumb area. My ortho MD wants me to wear them all day on each hand, but I have to take them off and put them back on because they start to be uncomfortable. They do help though when I wear them giving my thumbs joint support. I also like the fact that they're not big and bulky.

it provides some necessary support ,not perfect. It rubs just above the wrist bone. The physical therapist padded the spot . It helped some. She also checked the position and fit.
