Bracelabs was very accommodating when i called to ask if i might return an unneeded Left Push Metagrip brace that I'd purchased over a year ago. I asked if i could exchange it for a Right brace, and they said no problem! I used USPS to mail back the Left brace, and received a Right brace soon thereafter. It was an even exchange without any fees, and Bracelabs even shipped the new Right brace to me for free! Thank you!

I tried the Push Metagrip thumb brace, but unfortunately it was uncomfortable on my hand. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and allowed me to return the brace in pristine condition in original packing with a free shipping label. I was reimbursed today which was super fast! Really good customer service!
