I think my brace was too small. That’s my fault because I should have known what size. However, I wasn’t sure I appreciate your customer service. They were very helpful in assisting me with the return authorization. No real complaint

The wrist guard cuts into my hand because it’s made of hard plastic. Certainly needs to be redesigned for the high cost of this item. Reported to my surgeon.

Sent me the wrong size and side and told me I ordered the wrong one which I didn’t as they filled my order from my previous order on file a year ago.?Then you have to return it and wait for the refund before they will correct the order. But LOVE the Brace!!!

Thank you for asking. I love the first brace for my right hand I have had for a few years. But the new brace has harder plastic and hurts my wrist/thumb area. I am trying to soften it up by working it as suggested when I received it. But it is not as comfortable for me at all. I do appreciate you asking! I have recommended this to a few people and now I am not sure I should have. Thank you, Melissa

I really wanted this to work for my arthritic thumb but the brace puts too much pressure on the sore part of my thumb and the strap digs into my wrist no matter how I adjust it

I work in a restaurant kitchen, and must constantly flex my wrist in every direction. The bottom portion of the thumb brace that wraps from the front of the hand to the back of the wrist rubs and cuts into the back of my wrist enough that I cannot use the braces at work.
