Ordering was easy and how to measure for proper fit was helpful. However, I did have to see an occupational therapist regarding the issue of having the proper fit. The rubber is not as flexible as I had hoped around the edges and needed padding to obtain a more comfortable fit.

I wish there were discounts for students since these are pretty expensive. Also, when checking out there are a space for discount/promote code. I have no ideas where to get that codes.

I like the braces very much. They are well designed and well made. This product was prescribed by my orthopedic doctor. I would have liked to have been able to pay for my braces through my Federal Employees Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance policy, but I was not able to figure out a way to get that to happen. Is there a way this request could have been made?

I don't know if I am the best person to give a review, in that I did not use your service other than ordering the product. I was introduced to the product by my occupational therapist, and I directed all my questions including fitting to her. But I am interested in how your product can be modified for better fitting not diacussed in the directions. My OT said she was going to contact you about that.

The largest brace wasn't big enough for me, so I returned it. RMA w/ pre-paid shipping was a smooth experience.

I tried to order online and I kept getting the "place order" button. Eventually, it said "duplicate transaction." So I waited until the next day to try again, this time "transaction declined." I then called the contact number and Kristine got my order in with no problem at all. If not for whatever was going on online, I would have rated a 5.

My brace is a little late delivering but should be here today so that I can try it out. I tried it on at physical therapy and the stability it gives is amazing.
