I was directed by my hand specialist to purchase a particular splint/brace for my carpal tunnel symptoms. When I received it-I brought it to my OT who said it was not the correct one. I was able to return the wrong one and just received the correct brace. Thanks for making it so easy!!

Ordering went well! There’s only one little thing that I would suggest. At first it was telling me that I had to enter a valid credit card number. I finally figured out that I had to take the spaces out between the numbers. Maybe it would be nice if you could have a little reminder to that effect put onto the payment page?

I absolutely recommend this company. I was wearing traditional AFO braces and miserable. I was constantly replacing the Velcro strips due to wearing out. My doctors never even mentioned that there was other options then the ones they can bill insurance for. I found this company on Amazon by accident. I originally purchased the wrong size due to my own error and the company was wonderful about it even paid for the shipping. Staff is extremely nice and helpful . I will never go back to the old way!!! Thank you Push Bracelab.
