I received my MetaGrip within five days after placing my order. It took a couple of days to get use to the fit. Some items are difficult to grip,overall I'am satisfied with my MetaGrip.

I bought the right hand brace first to try it before ordering the left hand too. My Dr. Prescribed this product for both of my hands. My pain it’s almost gone. I bought a cloth sleeve to use underneath and avoid blisters.

I think the brace helps stabilize my arthritic thumb joint, but when I have it pulled good and tight, the velcro straps cut into my skin. I often wear an elastic hand/wrist brace underneath it for comfort. I bought it to wear while playing tennis but haven't had a chance to try that yet.

I ordered previously from you and my husband loves these braces. I came back to order again because the velcro wore out. Your ad said "free shipping" but I did not get verification that I was actually getting the advertised "free shipping" so I went backwards in the order until I could confirm the price without shipping and then tried to order again. Initially my order said shipping was $6.99 and I did not see a way to click on something to get the free shipping. Sometimes retailers advertise free shipping and then when you go to pay--they have shipping on there and there is no way to get it off. When I was trying to get free shipping from your company---I noticed your exclusions clause for free shipping---so I clicked on that to try to find out why the free shipping was not coming through for me. You need to make it easy to sign up for free shipping early in the purchase process--I came close to buying from another retailer--but I gave it one more try because I truly like to support the company that manufacturers the product rather than putting all the smaller companies out-of-business.
