Ths best products and great customer experience
I'm VERY happy with both the products and the Custome Experience. I ordered an incorrect size and the "exchange" program was perfect. I chatted with very nice reps and the whole thing couldn't have been smoother or quicker. To make things worse, my doctor suggested another product instead of the one I ordered (go figure) and BraceLab was just as helpful for a return/credit and new order. I'm glad only one of my wrists/hands are painful, but I'm a little sad that I don't need more of their products (yet). Thanks.
