Everything was explained and ordering was easy.

This is, by far, the most well-constructed brace that I have used. It far exceeds the typical brace that one finds at the big-box pharmacy stores. While it is expensive, it provide a much higher degree of support and protection for my hand.

I put it on too tight the first time. After that I kept adjusting till I got it right. My thumb has been feeling better. May need to get one for my left hand. Had surgery on that one in 2016

Website very clear and easy to negotiate. Needed to call for clarification on insurance submission. Representative very helpful and responsive.

Thanks for you help this AM. I am a retired CHT, OTR/L and of course have used my thumbs for years. Now it is my turn for a CMC brace. I have given out 100's but never used one. I appreciate your help this AM. Connie

First time on website. It was easy to use. Found what my therapist told me to order. Hope it works and lasts awhile.

CMC destruction from years of martial arts, carpentry and typing. Doctors prefer not to operate due to my age (too young, if you can believe that), and prefer to manage with Cortizone treatments. Those don't always address the moment to moment pain flare ups that literally stop me from speaking for a few moments, almost like a mini-seizure. The pain is quick, intense, random, and unsettling ... scratch that ... "WAS". With the CMC Thumb Brace, those flare ups ceased. That's all I needed. Age and activity make me use to related pain ... it's almost the price of being highly active. But the flare ups, well ... I also have that with my knees (tri-compartimental osteoarthritis in BOTH knees) and my left elbow (for which I DID have surgery), and I didn't need to be stopped from cooking, lacrosse, cutting the grass or anything else just because my thumb wasn't in the mood
