Thumb splintsThe person helping me over the phone…
The person helping me over the phone answered all of my questions in a very friendly way and took my order, which I received a few days later. This is my second pair of splints and they are just the best allowing me to do activities I otherwise could not do without pain. Better than any custom made splint. All was perfect.

Since splint did not cover/support thumb MCP joint had to return it, but easy and with no hassles.

Easy to use site
Easy to use site. Needed customer service assistance for a problem. Representative was very courteous and when he was unable to solve to the issue, he referred it to a Supervisor. I am a Physical Therapist and I would definitely refer patients to BraceLab depending upon their needs.

IT TOOK AWHILE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO HANDLE A SHIPPING ADDRESS WHICH IS NOT THE BILLING ADDRESS. THAT BEING SAID I SORTED IT ALL OUT BY USING THE BILLING ADDRESS AS THE SHIPPING ADDRESS
