Easy order online, free shipping is nice.

I placed an order. I then signed up with an account afterwards after looking around the site. I later went to my account to check the order status, but found that the order status was not available on account page. I guess the folks who are responsible for your website aren't smart enough to have the address, the name, the phone number or the order number show up on a filtered search of the website order to coordinate with the account. I'm giving a 1 star because of the aggravation factor of not being able to look up the order anywhere on the site. I left a message on their phone at 5:01 pm because they close at exactly 5 pm. I hope the brace I ordered works better than their website. update: Now, that being said, I have change my review to five stars because after writing this review, I got an email telling me the brace had been delivered. The website still needs to be updated and I still can't find the order in my account, but dang that was fast processing and delivery.

Elle was extremely helpful on the Chat line, when my on-line order would not go through. She also said that I could ask for her when I called -- so I didn't have to start all over again. Thanks to Elle for her prompt and thorough help!!! Jan

The person who took me order provided exemplary service. I would place him in the top 5% of people I have dealt with in placing an order by phone.
